Our standard Home Contents & Inventory Appraisal covers the basics such as furnishings, electronics, general household tools and lawn maintenance equipment and knickknacks around the home.
This type of appraisal does not penetrate 'special collections' such as artwork, coin collections, comic book collections, jewelry, sports memorabilia, sportsman collections ie; knives, decoys, firearms etc. Please consult with us pertaining to special pricing on 'Special Collection Appraisals.'

An Appraisal True Story!
A client contacted us to appraise some furnishings in her deceased father's home. After five minutes into the visit, I asked about the giant dumpster sitting in front of the home. She replied, "Oh just a bunch of junk my dad had laying around." I took a walk inside the dumpster, moved a few boxes, turned around and asked the client to call her two sons. I then spent the next two hours identifying and sifting through approximately $1,000 worth of antique collectibles that almost got thrown away.
